About the Artist

As a fused glass artist, I am fascinated with taking a cold, hard, sharp-edged piece of glass and turning it into something full of life. I love the challenge of layering the colors of glass to achieve the image I have designed for a piece. I especially love working with color - the deep blue of a clear midnight sky or the waves reflecting the sky on a sunny day. This magical combination of light and glass is what totally inspires me. My current work includes bowls, panels, ""petal pockets"", business card holders, and custom above-counter sinks.
