About the Artist

Knapp is a Master Gardener certified by the University of Maine and holds a certificate in landscape architecture from Harvard. She sculpts, designs, writes and teaches the metaphysics of gardening at the University of Southern Maine/CCE. Currently, she is at work on a book that weds her new love, landscape design, to her old flame, cooking, in a novel relationship.
