About the Artist

Aria Tuki celebrates the beauty and mysteries of the natural world through painting and photography. She works in oils, gouache, acrylics and encaustics a it suits the subject and her muse. Aria has studied art in Pennsylvania and at Maine College of Art.
She draws inspiration from the beauty and wildness of her surroundings, especially the moon-driven sea infused with the light and color of the sky and the energy of the wind as it swells, heaves, crashes, and splashes against the rocky Maine coast. Her work reflects this poetry of ever-changing light, illuminated color and bold energy.
