About the Artist

My true love is about the journey. In addition to that I help others become aware and experience this love either by viewing the work or learning a new medium themselves.
My work focuses right now on portraits that start with photography and lead to paintings. They can be thematic, abstract, or realistic. I want to bring the joy of a hand made work of art into every household for families to enjoy and be proud of. I also teach children and adults how to harness the artist inside them and to help people understand that art doesn''t need to resemble anything. I paint portraits of children and adults, farms, estates, and whatever you may be able to dream up.
