About the Artist

Singer/Songwriter Cassi Gray''s style is a melding of many jazz, Latin, and folk influences. Originally from Utah, she now resides in Portland, Maine where she completed a double degree in Jazz Performance and Music Education. Cassi performs extensively in Portland as a solo artist and throughout Southern Maine with her jazz trio. As a songwriter she has collaborated in a variety of styles and composed for commercial use. Currently Cassi is working towards her first album which she hopes to release in Spring 2009. Cassi Gray was the featured artist for the Portland Monthly Magazine in November 2008.
