Melanie Therrien

About the Artist

Melanie Therrien, Owner/Operator of Wicked Illustrations Studio and Gallery, has received instruction in various media from pastel to oil. Therrien works as a Muralist, takes commissions, illustrates a series of children's books and teaches art classes. Her work has been shown in galleries such as Gallery 5 and Turner Center for the Arts. Most recently her work was displayed in the Gritty's Art and Ale Window. Working in acrylic she explores sevral different subjects, and has created 10 different series of over 100 paintings in her unique style. Her inspiration comes from the mystery, beauty and power of nature.
