About the Artist

I try to orchestrate a constellation of effects with paint. I appreciate the lucid beauty of nature, it's imagery created with both in precision and serendipity. My work is composed of all recycled materials. I find paint and accessories aside the road that people discard, in old barns and basements that I clean out. Projects are made with recovered discarded paraphernalia, canvas, wood, wire and paint. I hope my work connects with people and inspires thoughts and emotion. -Eric Leppanen
