About the Artist

The York Art Association has a long history of promoting the arts by hosting exhibitions, workshops, specialized art groups, performances, as well as art and fine craft sales. The year-round organization encourages creativity by offering a venue for artists of all mediums to show, and perform their work. It also supports arts education, and encourages art collectors to buy local art. The YAA collaborates with local businesses, and organizations to foster cultural appreciation among residents and visitors to the York area. The Gallery and Gift Shop are open Thurs. and Fri. from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sat. and Sun. from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Exhibitions change regularly.
