About the Artist

PBSO is a multi-age, independent, registered non-profit, symphony orchestra comprised of largely amateur volunteer musicians and directed and conducted by Trond Saeverud, concert-master for the Bangor Symphony Orchestra. The mission is threefold: to bring classical symphonic music to communities in Washington County and New Brunswick; to provide an arena in which musicians may meet, practice, and perform together; and, to provide a serious hardworking orchestra in which growing musicians and students can develop their skills. The PBSO has 26 rehearsals and performs 8 concerts each year.
