About the Artist
David Pontbriand has been active as both a visual artist and a musician, since 1970. His paintings, in acrylic, oil, pastel, & color pencil, alternate between landscape and abstract formats. As a musician, he performs, records, and teaches music of the sitar and surbahar. Available for private and public performances, functions, and lecture-demonstrations for schools and other organizations.
