About the Artist

Gemstone Jewelry designed and hand made in Rome, Maine. Products include: gemstone earrings, bracelets, necklaces and anklets, and 2 pc or 3 pc sets. Maine is my favorite place to be. There are no words that could possibly describe the beauty and tranquility that can be found here. With my love for nature, I knew that I wanted to reflect the beauty of nature in my wearable art, jewelry. I graduated from the University of Maine with an archaeology degree. When I moved back to Maine where I was born, I realized my love of rocks, i.e. gemstones. After my children grew up and left for college, I felt the empty nest syndrome hard and decided to start a hobby. No one could have ever imagined that something as simple as a hobby could have changed my life, and my future, in such an amazing way. It is pure joy to be able to design and create all these beautiful pieces of wearable art for others to enjoy. I feel truly blessed.
