About the Artist

Soprano, Nancy Ellen Ogle, appears in concerts and recitals in many parts of North America, Europe and Asia. Ms. Ogle specializes in American song literature, both for children and for adults, in recital and lecture-recital formats. Recent performances have included pianist Ginger Yang Hwalek and poet Kathleen Lignell Ellis in "I Am Cherry Alive" (songs on American poetry of the 1950's), "Good Times" (settings of American Women Poets), and "Made In Maine" (songs by contemporary Maine composers).
