About the Artist

He earned my book-writing stripes authoring a series of original paperbacks for Berkley. His undergrad degree is in English and he earned an MFA in Creative Writing, with a concentration in Popular Fiction, from University of Southern Maine’s Stonecoast program. Twice awarded scholarships, he has studied at the Norman Mailer Writers Center on Cape Cod with Sigrid Nunez and David Black. He also attended La Muse Writers & Artists Retreat in southern France.
He has worked as a teacher and professor, a newspaper reporter, an international corporate consultant, and he led a combat intelligence team in the first Gulf War.
