About the Artist

John Stass is an independent artist and designer based in Lewiston, Maine. His
artwork is created with acrylics and watercolor. John's sculptural work takes form as wall reliefs and free standing pieces... usually from select hardwoods and laminations. John has been a creativity based entrepreneur for over 30 years, and offers presentations, workshops and consulting in creativity and innovation.

John is represented in Maine by Bayview Gallery in Brunswick, and Littlefield Gallery in Winter Harbor. He is a member of the faculty teaching art theory at the Senior College of the University of Southern Maine.
