About the Artist

The content of my worked derives from the melding of my life experiences that include a background in music, science and love of gardening. Relying upon my intuition more than physical models, my work explores the surrealistic and often abstract interplay between objects and symbols that represent my interests and thoughts. Working primarily in watercolor on paper, I utilize transparency of luminosity that this medium allows.
