Rachel Alexandrou is a plant propagandist who works in the medium of foraged food, printmaking, watercolor and installation. Her work addresses land stewardship, regional food culture and ethnobotany. Her series Foraged Feast are performative pop up dinners that aim to broaden audience awareness of local edible flora.
