About the Artist

Though I have a dregree in painting I have been creating custom designed stained glass for about thirty years. My work has been shown and sold through various shops and galleries here in Maine. However most is done through private commission.

My work has been used to create one of a kind architectual details for doors, windows, and cabinets. I also do free hanging panels, lamps, mirrors, sculptures, screens, room dividers, and mobiles. Often antique wood details, stone, sea glass, and found objects are integrated into my designs. Much of my work is done using the copper foil technique as I prefer the finer line and increased detail achieved with this method. Designs are often quite intricate with inspiration coming from my gardens, the sea, birds, wildlife, and natural landscapes where I live.

It is always a pleasure to create a special one of a kind piece for someone''s home office or boat. Studio visits are welcome by appointment.
