USM Art Galleries

About the Artist

Consisting of two exhibition facilities, the USM Art Galleries provides exhibitions and educational programming to students, the university community, and residents in the Northeast.

The Area Gallery:
Located in the Woodbury Campus Center on the Portland campus, promotes emerging artists, USM art students, and visual presentations by university and local community groups.

The Art Gallery:
Located on the Gorham campus presents diverse contemporary and historical one-person, group,and thematic exhibitions by artists with regional, national or international reputations, as well as USM art faculty and students.
