About the Artist

Mayo Street Arts (MSA) is an art center housed in a former Scandinavian church, located in the heart of Portland’s East Bayside, the most diverse neighborhood in Maine.

MSA presents over 150 arts events each year, including international music and dance performances, puppet theater shows, visual arts, and more, providing an inspiring place in the neighborhood for people of many cultures to engage in the visual and performing arts.

In addition to classes and performances for all ages, MSA provides summer learning opportunities for neighborhood children ages 6-12 through our summer youth programs.
