Howlin' Winds Prof. Flute Choir

About the Artist

The Howlin' Winds Flute Choir is the only professional flute choir in Maine. They have a full array of flutes including the rare bass flute, and also alto flute, C flute, eb flute and piccolo. Their members can also play piano clarinet, sax, oboe, bass guitar and sing. They perform a wide variety of music featuring sacred, baroque, classical, popular, jazz, new compositions, Brazilian, and Christmas music. Small concerts can be arranged using only one or two flutes and accompaniment.
