Functional potter working in wheel thrown high fire porcelain and stoneware; most work is fired in a wood fired salt kiln or gas fired soda kiln.
Experienced teaching children and adults in school and community programs; additional experience at University level.
Broad technical knowledge of Clay and Glaze formulation, Kiln building and repair, Hand building, Wheel throwing, and Slip casting processes.
Able to discuss critical contemporary and historical issues in art.
