*40 minute education sessionsurrounding stress- this would cover some very basic and simple neuroscience regarding stress, ways that our thinking and productivity can sometimes be impacted as well as our social interactions or lack thereof and several ways to detect those signs of change in ourselves.
*25 minutes of community dialogue - listen or ask questions specific to your organization's culture, overarching concerns during this time, and solution-focused strategies and techniques to minimize the intensity of the current global pandemic impact

Winden Rowe (MS, NCC, LPC) is a trauma therapist and public speaker who maintains a private practice in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Ms. Rowe's approach to securing sustained improvement and recovery for clients and organizations dealing with the effects of stress and trauma centers around linking the biological, psychological, and social implications of traumatic stress and the identified challenge. In this time of pandemic she has consulted with organizations and systems such as Ogilvy, leading large-scale talks to employees and community members on how to manage the stress of such shocking global change and ways to engage self-care in a critical time.
