Monotype prints are the bridge between painting and printmaking. Fast, flexible, and fun, this process is popular among artists who want to experiment or play with an idea without the pressure of extensive techniques or material cost. In this workshop, we’ll cover dark field monotypes as well as water -based transfer monotypes. No previous print experience is required. Ages 16+

(*Note: Taken in a series or individually, this workshop plus Collaborative Relief Print WorkshopandCrash Course in Chine Colléare a great way to learn a new skill to build or begin your printmaking toolkit.)
