Rockport ME – (July 12, 2016) The recently re-opened Michael Good Gallery Annex is pleased to announce it will host a Summer Open House on Saturday, July 23, from 11AM to 4PM (or until the party ends!). Located at 325 Commercial Street (Route 1) in Rockport, the event is free and open to the public.

“Summer is here and the time is right . . . for celebrating local talent and exciting new developments, such as our unique partnership with PicassoWhat Gallery,” stated Avi Good, General Manager of Michael Good Gallery. “Our Saturday soiree will offer the opportunity to view an extensive collection of iconic Michael Good bronze sculpture, works on paper by Karen Good, extraordinary works in wood, clay, glass and fiber by Mainers and others, plus a special hand-picked selection of jewelry designers well-known to our fan base. It’s a party for our beloved public and new friends alike . . . on a beautiful summer day (weather gods providing!).”

Artists on view during the Open House will include: Michael Good, Karen Good, Alan Magee, John Russell, Michael Lambert, Valerie Shaff, Jon Stucky, WalkingWool(TM)Studio, Diane Dahlke, Russell Spillman, Linda Priest, plus a special sale of jewelry designers from the Michael Good Gallery collection.

Refreshments will be served. Gallery managers and artists will be available to answers questions and discuss the exhibit. Parking is available on site, in front and at the back of the gallery. The event is free and open to the general public.

The Michael Good Gallery Annex is conveniently located on Route 1 (325 Commercial Street) in Rockport, near CrossFit, 3 Dog Café, and Hoboken Gardens. The historic white farmhouse with bright red metal roof is easily viewed from the street.
